I will not resell, redistribute, gift, share, or transfer these materials to any party outside an approved research setting.
I will comply with all applicable federal, state, local, tribal, institutional, and import/export laws and regulations, including any restrictions imposed by my jurisdiction.
I understand these products are not approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use, no medical or therapeutic claims have been made, and no doctor-patient or professional relationship is created by this purchase.
I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless PepGuys Labs, its officers, employees, and suppliers from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my use, misuse, off-label use, or onward transfer of these materials, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
